Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Status
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order has shipped. It will include a UPS tracking number enabling you to check the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your account at anytime to view the status of your order. You must have an account in order to view order status. You will also be able to view a listing of all your past orders in order status. However, if you were not logged in to your account when you placed your order, you won't be able to view the order later.
Shipping Charges
All orders are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS), except for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations, which are delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Standard Shipping
•Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability.
•Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
Second Day Service
•Second Day orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability.
•Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
•Second Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
•We're sorry, orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories
•KennethSalon.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Marina Islands).
•Orders are shipped Standard shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (Standard and Second Day shipping methods via UPS are not available).
P.O. Boxes
Items may not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
APO/FPO Addresses
Orders being sent to Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped Standard shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (Standard and Second Day shipping methods via UPS are not available).
Canada
Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. An additional charge of $5.00 will be added for each shipment to Canada. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.
International Locations (Other Than Canada)
We're sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States and Canada through kennethsalon.com. If you would like to have an item shipped to an international location, please email us at orders@kennethsalon.com and we will gladly accommodate your order.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to New York state addresses. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping charges.

Important information:

Returns
Any unused item can be exchanged for a full refund. If you wish to return an item purchased through kennethsalon.com, please follow the steps below.
1. Include the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (212) 752-1800 or email at orders@kennethsalon.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. The box, packing materials and the damaged items must be kept in order to assure resolution. We will contact you regarding sending replacement product(s).
